#3 is a new song, I'd not heard until a certain company used it on their advert, cough* Sainsburys.
I guess there's always the wonder of the longevity of an artist who's sound features on an advert. They either crack it and get a number one like Gabrielle Aplin recently or continue their campaign as an unsigned artist no one has ever heard of, remembered for that song only but soon forgotten this time next year.
However, I think this song is ruddy excellent and I'd like to hear a lot more from Aaron Espe.
Infact it's harsh to imply he's new to the industry, infact he's been around for a while. The single, 'Through Frozen Forests' is taken from the Nashville based singer-songwriter's latest EP.
Displaying a vocal style reminiscent of the likes of Ryan Keen and Thomas J Speight, it seems Aaron maybe on his way to establishing himself in the singer-songwriter stakes, with his songs previously being used by the likes of Volkswagen and MTV.
Singing about the ever stereotypical, love and heartache of this genre, Aaron Espe does it oh so well, with his sophisticated, acoustic sound. With his signature, mellow guitar chords and honest lyrics, it's the perfect Winter warmer.
