Day 200 of 365
Monday 19/3/12
Day 200 of this thing, really?
Crazy huh!
Good evening you lot.
How you doing?
I'm feeling American right about now 'cos I'm watching a video from last night, ya'll know what I'm talking 'bout. I feel like Ima from the South!
Ha. Sorry.
Hello, it's me.
Apologies, I got a little carried away, questioning my sanity having spent the morning in the library.
However, I seem to have regained some sort of normality.
So today has been fairly straight forward, I got up at 7am! Amazing I know, went to meet Sophie, had breakfast at hers, walked to Uni with Sophie, bumped into a friend, looked for people to take photos of.
I figure this sounds a little strange so let me explain. So you know I mentioned Uscoop the other day, the kinda fashion groupon for those UK readers. Okay, well Sophies job was to do a campus style watch throughout as many Uni's in the UK. I am her trusty photographer. Harder than it seems when the sun isn't shining.
Anyway, we then ended up getting a drink and heading to the oh so eventful library, I gave Soph a little insight into my campus as she's not been before and then we said our farewells. To think that's her last day in Leeds 'til 2013 - crazy, sad, weird. I feel like I've lost my right arm all over again.
Hopefully we will see eachother very soon.
In the meantime, I've got something else about music to tell you.
I've discovered a few new songs and compiled a pretty sweet playlist if I may say so myself.
One of my favourite artists however; Daughter. I saw her support Ben Howard, I blogged her video the other day but I just can't seem to get enough. I have played her album 161 times apparently. Good God. That's only been in three weeks. UMMMMM.
Weird.
Anyway, at the moment, well the last couple of days it's been the SXSW festival. How I wish I was there. Recently I saw a picture that enlightened me with eternal happiness (for a moment at least)

Okay you know me right.
Well the above picture shows in my opinion, a selection of fine specimen in the form of musical abilities, it doesn't get much better than this. Except of course if I were to add The Civil Wars and Daughter perched at the bottom step.
That's right, that's Ben Howard and his lovely lot, Michael Kiwanuka & The brilliant Staves.
Perfection.
On that note, I better get back to that course I'm doing, what's it...
Architecture!
