Day 208 of 365
Hope you enjoyed the post from last nights antics, aren't the cakes just to die for?
So today has been a little busy. Starting with the fact I had about 3 hours sleep last night.
My Mum woke me up by coming in my room in the pitch black at about 3am. I shot bolt up right asking who was there, heart pounding. To hear her gentle voice was a relief as I could just sense a figure standing above me.
I had a train back at 7am this morning which meant a very early start for me.
My Dad dropped me off, hand in hand with some goodies. Olives, lots of them. A bagel to eat on the train and 4 cupcakes from last night.
Perfect.
Then came the journey. I could not keep my eyes open to save my life.
The sun was blaring through the window and my eyes were so heavy. I was so scared I'd end up in Scarborough. Luckily I made it off at Leeds. Since, I have been sat staring at a computer screen, had a wander into town and seen the sunshine whilst standing out of my skylight eating an ice lolly. I'm crazy like that.
Ha.
Oh I lead such a wonderfully exciting life...
I expect tonight will be an awfully long one. Since it's 12 midnight here already.
Saying that, this day feels like 2 days it's lasting forever. Travelling really does take it out of me.
On that note, I better be off.
PS. Tomorrow I will be giving you lovely lot a treat, in musical form.
