Buongiorno a tutti!

Good morning everybody!

First Friday of the year, scary huh?

Last night was lovely.

Doing what us girls do best, gossiping over wine and chinese :) perfecto.

So... how are you all. 

Hope you've had a good week! It's the weekend yayy!

Although I am sorta sad.

I don't want to go back to Leeds on Sunday, it means back to reality and quite frankly I am having too nice a stay at home...

I also hate goodbyes.

Today we're off food shopping so I have lots of goodies to take back in my attempt at a full fridge.

I bet it lasts a whole two days! Typical student!

Ha last night... something crazy happened.

When I got in, rather tipsy might I add...

I heard the back door slam in the wind and next my Dad huffing and puffing whilst he shook his head in disbelief.

Outside it was dark, a hurricane like wind and mild drizzle.

Inside I was all cosy on the sofa winding down before bed.

My dog however, he had another idea.

He escaped whilst Dad took him out for his late night toilet time and there I was, oh I looked the picture... running down the garden with a torch in hand, my pyjamas and the nearest shoes I could find, in attempt to catch the dog.

If you're not familiar with the above, it's not pleasant in any way shape or form!

And for the record, wellies are no good to run in!

So, you'll be pleased to know we did catch him, the little critter and there he sits, as if butter wouldn't melt. I love him dearly. I will miss him lots.

 So on another tangent, tonight I am going for drinks in my town. A quaint little town but full of some lovely little places to meet friends and have a drink. I am quite looking forward to seeing everyone before I leave...
