Friday 20/1/12

Wow. How is it possibly 20th Jan already, this time last month, by golly, where has the Christmas madness disappeared to? I am not quite sure how I feel about this. It also means that my dissertation is due in 10 days and this time next week I will no doubt be sleeping as my design will have been and gone. Although with dissertation I will still have a lot to do! Yawn.

Anyway how's your day been?

I went for a lovely lunch with a friend I haven't seen for far too long.

I cannot wait to regain some sort of social life.

Today I got home quite late and decided I need a change.

I have literally moved my entire humble abode.

It pretty much looks like i've stuck a line down the middle and pressed 'mirror'. Self explanatory but for any normal people (by that I mean not crazy Architects) - it is a command on AutoCad.

You know it's bad when you start applying computer commands to everyday life.

The other day I scared myself with a model person who was hiding behind my building.

How is that possible?

I am pretty sure I am losing my mind.

So much so, today I got on the bus, I had bought a day pass so I was intending to make full use of this and abuse the public service. By that I mean by getting my moneys worth and getting buses everywhere I went for the small price of 4.60.

However, this was not the case.

Always the way with me, things are never plain simple.

It appears I lost my ticket meaning I had to pay another fare, as soon as I handed over the money I pulled out my ticket, sandwiched among crumpled sheets of paper in my bag.

Too little too late.

Damn.

Anyway, I am sorry this is a very dull post however, procrastinating by moving my room around means I need to get on with something. Early morning library awaits. Getting up at 7am will not be fun.

I hope I am not the only soldier in the library at that time on a Saturday morning...

In the meantime, I hope you're all doing something real fun on a Friday.
