'Red'

Hello. 

Good evening.

How are you all? 

Well, I hope.

So, today has been a pretty lazy day, much to my dismay as I actually got up early and started some work. I really need to get back into a routine, I hate worrying and I am the biggest worrier there is. 

I hate myself for it. 

I get into bed and worry, constantly. 

The other night, I was actually pretty happy but for some reason, the water works decided they wanted to come out and say hi. 

I don't know what it is lately.

I think it's becoming clear that I really gotta work hard as it's the final push.

The past three years, all those sleepless nights, coffees and nerves, for one degree.

That's ever so close to the end.

Please don't come around quick. 

Anyway, tonight I had the house to myself, so... 

I decided to get some music blasting (of course) and cook whilst waiting for New Girl... in my dressing gown ('cos I could)!

I went for mushroom and ricotta risotto stuffed in a red pepper. 

Seemed sorta funny that todays photo of the day was red.

I was so impressed. I haven't cooked a meal that good in a while! 

If I may say so. It was damn good.

Some photos of my night below. Kinda boring but hey! Student kitchens aren't the best, I can't wait 'til I have my own house!

And of course some balsamic, I am a little obsessed.
