Day 67 of 365
Ah it's been a busy, lazy day.
I have been busy doing nothing. Just how I like it.
Oh yeah, went to Chester yesterday, spent the day with Daddy, visited the museum.
Today... absolutely nothing.
So, I stuffed my face with goodies, snuggled on the couch and downloaded lots of new songs.
Perfect Sunday.
Followed by a scrumptious roast beef dinner and profiteroles... yum in my tum.
It was then time to get the train. Urgh. Home time.
So, put yourself in my position. Get on a really busy train and somebody is in my reserved seat. I try and grab his attention and no kandoo, doesn't seem to understand English. Convenient.
Anyway, luckily there was a seat opposite but it was reserved from the next station. I decided to sit there for half an hour or so until the person who's seat I had stolen confronted me.
We pulled up to the station and I stood up, politely asking those around me to move, I did however make light of the slightly awkward situation by referring to it as musical chairs. When I finally got through to the guy sat in my seat he seemed confused to say the least, he then moved, much to his dismay and attempted to take a seat where I had moved from.
Typically, the person who was meant to get on at this station didn't meaning the poor guy I had moved on was now standing without a seat...
Anyway, we finally got to Leeds and I ordered a taxi, to which the lady on the other ends tells me will be an hours wait. Decided it would be worth paying the extra few pounds and grabbing one from outside. Well... that was a different story.
Stepped outside and there was a queue down the road.
Urgh,
Bus with a suitcase, not ideal.
Anyway, random babbling but I am home. safe. alive and kicking.
I am however now tucked in bed.
I am going to Germany tomorrow.
Strange.
For that reason I must say now, I may not be able to connect to wi-fi so it could be the first time in 67 days I am unable to deliver a daily blog. Shock horror.
In the meantime, I am signing off.
Hope you all had a lovely weekend
Night
