Day 225 of 365

Friday 13th April

Ah Friday. The 13th. And I am working all day. 

Or should I say, have been working all day. So last night was pretty fun, apart from working. I raced the country lanes, got dressed in my car and eventually, got to eat some tapas and feed myself with copious amounts of wine. 

I must add, I don't tend to drive fast all of the time, just lately I have to be in so many places at once.

This working malarky I am telling you.

So yes, it was a fun night, with my cousins, Aunts and one rather happy, tipsy mother. After all, it was her birthday! 

Anyway, today I had a fairly normal working day. Nothing out of the ordinary. Oh no wait. I got delivered a swan. Yes, you heard correctly. Strange huh? So I work here... 

And yes, today whilst sat in the office I saw something rather bizarre. A van with two farmers. One of which was holding a rather large object. On further inspection it appeared to be a swan. Yes, that's correct. A swan, very dosile I may add. It even had its head out of the window on this nice sunny day. 

So, the guy asked if I wanted it. I said yes. We now have one lonely swan sat on the lake. I hope it gets some friends soon! 

Anyway, random story of the day! 

At least I haven't had any bad luck (so far) anyway. 

Anyway, enough of this jibber jabber, I must get back to uni work, I go back there on Sunday. Sigh.
