Hope everyone is well. I have a lot to talk about.
I have just moved house and it's Sunday evening, I am lying in bed and the church bells are ringing as the clock strikes 10pm, uhoh I didn't realise this came with the house, getting woken up on the hour I mean! It's my first night here, we're all moved in, I've set up base and it's starting to feel a little more like home. Moved my bike into the spare room - that's quite interesting heaving it up to my flat which is on the second floor! That's what Dad's are for huh?
Well I guess I should really start telling you how my day went yesterday as I only managed to blog first thing. The wedding went well, rain appeared but held off for the upmost of the ceremony which is always good. The groom was a farmer, pretty cool bit was that during his speech, on cue of course, he got my colleague to drive a tractor and park it in front for all of the guests to see, it was a surprise wedding gift to his wife, a brand new tractor - she loved it! Entertained the kiddies for a little while too, man there were some super cute kiddies. Naw. Anyway... they also had a rather cool table plan so I managed to grab a sneaky picture or two to share for you.

After my eleven hour shift I then raced to my friends house, bless her Mum she had dinner waiting for me and by, it was damn good, followed by my favourite, apple crumble and cream. Then it was for our much anticipated night out. As we got on the train we were surrounded by young folk all around, younger than me - I felt a little old when we arrived at the station and I was greeted by several of my brothers friends, all around two years below the llegal age! It was like something out of a movie when you get off the train, all the escalators are stopped and everyone's chanting and screaming the rowdy bunch! At this point I turned around to the bewildered faces of our friends who had never been here before, to that I simply said, Welcome to Liverpool.
Found a little something online that pretty much paints the picture...
'Shorts that look rather nifty on the catwalk, on the pavement it looks as if you think you are still at school and have rolled up your skirt too high to impress the boys on the No 27 bus with your gynaecological chic. And even back then it didn't work so well.'
Few can pull of this look, I am certainly not going to be trying it anytime soon, especially not in this weather of late. I found myself hiding under anything to keep my developing, ever growing afro at bay. No matter how much I straighten the damn thing, the minute I hear the raindrops it's like a chemical explosion, bang there goes the frizz. It's not so cool.
Anyway, got home in the early hours of this morning, around 5am I think, strategically placed myself amongst my friend who's bed I was sharing, a good bit of top and tail never goes a miss. Today I drove back to Uni. Correction, Mum drove me back. I felt a little too fragile to be driving and I'm glad I made that decision as the motorways were ridiculously busy. I guess everyone had the same idea. I got here and set my computer up, it's looking good if I may say so myself.
So tomorrow is a new day and I am going to go for a run around the park I think, that's if I get there of course! Early wake up and then I have a meeting with the letting agency and the dreaded task of sorting those bills out once and for all.
In the meantime I hope you all had a great weekend,
Caio.
