Day 3 of 365

Rather enjoying this, so here goes it's day 3. I have been watching a certain trashy tv prog. at the moment and as a consequence feel the urge to do the following....
Day 3 in the Big Brother House.

So today is a dull day, not just the weather but I have nothing planned, unusual for a Saturday - usually I'm working but I've got the week off, can't complain I suppose.
Then again I do have a lot - all of my dissertation to complete - or Critical Study as it's called.
So like I mentioned in yesterdays post I'm going into my third year studying Architecture (BA Hons) oh yeah!

I have a workbook to complete and it's not going well to say the least, i'll get it done before the 20th though, unless I lose 10% so yes, I will have it done!
In the meantime I mentioned yesterday I was going to see 'One Day'.
Prior to my trip to the cinema I was slightly disappointed and hopeful that I would be proved wrong by the criticism and bad press that came with Anne Hathaway's performance.

For anyone who's not read the book, I urge you to do so, right now. Order it from amazon, cheap as chips and every bit worth it. So basically, 15th July 1988. Emma Morley (Anne Hathaway) and Dexter Mayhew (Jim Sturgess) meet for the first time on the night of their graduation. Tomorrow they must go their separate ways. So where will they be on this one day next year? And the year after that? And every year which follows?
I loved it.
The much talked about accent, albeit merely yorkshire like, I didn't care. Anne Hathaway is a bloody good actress and yes, she did sway between American and what can only be described as a best attempt of a mid-yorkshire twang but the content to which is based obviously by the great David Nicholls exceeds all expectations. I was however slightly disappointed by how quickly the movie seemed to pass from date to date at the beginning but did like the way they ended the film so hats off, a good night had by all.

Next on the list is the much anticipated Inbetweeners. Of course being away for the past couple of weeks means that everyone it seems has been there done that, got the t-shirt which therefore means no one will accompany me to the cinema. That is everyone bar my parents. Good idea or not, thought, comments, ideas - would you go and see the Inbetweeners with your parents?

I have a very close relationship with both my parents but the thought of going to see this movie leaves me filled with dread and thoughts flashing- utter cringe

It's a matter of life and death. If I don't find someone willing to come see the movie with me in the next week, I will have no other choice. Help, someone, please?

Hope you're all enjoying the weekend, back to the books I go.
See you tomorrow x

PS. After watching I want my own Jim Sturgess, now - thanks.

PPS. Sorry I've also began to experience a slight obsession with Instagram on the iPhone so apologies for all the little faded images, cool though right?
