Saturday 25/2/12

Ah last night was a lot better than expected.

Albeit chilled, full of cake, New Girl and pasta al forno.

Nice.

How are we?

As if trying to avoid the shops yesterday was bad enough, today my friend asked me if I wanted to go into town, help him shop. Typical boy hey!

Well, in actual fact, he's the worst shopper ever.

So, instead we headed for some lunch at a place in town called 'Red Hot World Buffett'

If you have one back home you'll know. It sorta speaks for itself, flavours from all over the world, you're allowed as many plates as your tummy can handle and my oh my, we really went all out.

I am still so full. 

That was six hours ago. 

As if that wasn't enough, for some crazy stupid reason we ended up having coffee in Costa before getting the train home too...

I guess tonight, I really do resemble a slob, admittedly so. Slouched on the sofa, watching trashy tele in my joggers on a Saturday night. Perfection :)

So on the note of perfection, I have a song that utters perfection.

The wonderful Emeli Sande and after listening to her talking through this track I fell in love, not just with her super cute accent but with her musical abilities that never cease to amaze. 

My oh my she's going to go far.

In her own words, Emeli explains how she love telling stories and loves it when you can say a lot with very few words.
