Day 176 of 365

Friday 24/2/12

Ah Friday.
Bliss.
My favourite day of the week. Just 'cos I have the day off Uni and that means it's a three day weekend.
So how are you lovely lot?
Well I hope? I hear most places have been catching a glimmer of sunshine, unfortunately Yorkshire has other plans, including gale force and bitter winds.
We can't have everything I suppose.

So today.
Well, I woke up rather early, picked up my best friend and headed for breakfast before he got a train back home. He has been visiting for the past couple of days but I've not really had a chance to say hi as we've both been busy. Since I was already in town I decided to resist temptation and instead, head into the Library, just a short walk - yet regrettably avoiding the shops I pass on the way. Trust me, it was hard, there's a lot!

Anyway, I forgot to mention in yesterdays post, on Wednesday evening I started a class in 3d modelling. Yes, I know it may sound very dull to many of you however, I was able to create a tower block, twisting and turning in crazy shapes and forms, within minutes. It could quite easily have been picked up and dropped in Abu Dhabi and I am pretty sure no one would have noticed.

Its pretty cool. I took loads of screenshots and tomorrow, I may be tempted to bore you with a few sneaky snaps. Maybe, just maybe you'll think they're kinda cool. A little different.

On another note, I am home alone tonight.
Sob.
Both my housemates are elsewhere, leaving me to fend for myself.
However, fear not. Infact, I actually like my own company, once in a while that is.
I think I may go crazy, order in. Maybe a 'GetBaked' delicious desert. I think I deserve a treat.
Yes.
Friday night also means 'New Girl'. I get to be filled with happiness, laugh like a kid and act silly without anyone saying a thing. If you've yet to jump on the bandwagon I suggest you do so right away. Zooey Deschanel is just bloody brilliant. Definitely the highlight of my weeks, in tele terms of course.

Anyway, for now I am going to love you and leave you.
With a little something of course.

Benjamin Francis Leftwich in the live lounge and his sensational take on 'Titanium' by David Guetta.
I hope you like it.
I love it.
