Day 103 of 365

Monday 12/12/11

I am finally finished.

I am beyond ecstatic. 

For a day anyway. 

Don't burst my little bubble just yet.

Please.

So today went okay... the crit didn't go too bad. I got some much needed constructive criticism. Slightly irritating as they told me to change it back to what it was last week but hey. Positive. 

Tonight I was supposed to go for dinner. Unfortunately, my card had alternative arrangments.

Stupid banks.

So, coffee it was. again. Two actually, we attracted some strange looks after an hour or two in the first place, we walked several yards and set camp in yet another, a different company at least. I guess that's what happens when you have three hours to kill. Not me personally but I was keeping 'him' company. 

What happened next sucked. It's a pretty low point.

A touchy subject.

Ha, not quite.

Basically, after saying our goodbyes we went our separate ways and I had every intention of hopping on a bus and arriving home, safely in the next ten minutes. As I mentioned earlier, my card had different plans and for a minute I felt like a homeless person. I felt myself scanning the floor for the odd pound, how hard could it be? 

Well, proved extremly hard. Let it be a lesson, never, ever go out of the house with change in your pocket. It's not big and it's certainly not clever. It didn't help that it was pouring down and I live an hours walk from town. 

Eventually, you will be pleased to know I am sure, that I managed to withdraw some money out of those wonderful holes in the wall and managed, given it took a little while, to get a bus. 

I was home, eventually.

I got home, fell asleep in the bath - dangerous I know. I decided to take myself to bed and heard the girls all getting ready for a night on the tiles, well deserved I may add. However, I - being the lazy, boring person I am decided it best I stayed in, yes it was the last and final hand in but I simply could not think of anything worse right now.

So it's pretty early but I am off to bed,
