Day 82 of 365

Monday 21/11/11

Today was an eventful day.

Days like this I wish I didn't worry so much.

Monday morning means early start and into uni we went. So after getting the bus, heading over to the library and getting my stuff out ready to work I felt a sudden pang of worry. 

Had I left my straighteners on in my room?

Girls, isn't this just the worst? 

I haven't ever actually left them on but I quite often ring my poor mum to check, at least when I'm home that is. Unfortunately here at Uni there was no one left in the house, the downstairs flat couldn't check for me as I had locked the door.

So off I went, after being in uni for a total of 10 minutes, it was back on a bus I went, only to get home and find the straighteners off, quick dash around and I was back on the bus to Uni, again. Sigh.

So I waited around all day to see my tutor, only for him to tell me to go back to my original design.

It's not all bad though, I am actually relieved as I have done quite a bit of work that I can use still, phew.

There's a lot of work to be done ahead of my crit on Thursday so I best be off.
